Can you repair my phone the same day?
Many common phone repairs can be completed the same day, depending on your model, the fault and parts availability. Contact us first so we can confirm the timing for your device.
How much does a phone repair cost?
The price depends on your device, the fault and the part needed. Send us your model and a description of the problem for a quote. We confirm the price with you before starting the repair.
I’m leaving Madrid soon. Can you help?
Tell us your departure date and the latest time you can collect your device. We’ll check whether the repair is possible within that time before you commit. We can’t promise every repair will be ready before your flight.
Should I contact you before coming?
We recommend it, especially if you have limited time in Madrid. A quick message with your model lets us check parts and availability before you travel to the shop.
Will my photos and other data be safe?
Back up your device before bringing it in if you can. Tell us if keeping your data is a priority, particularly if the phone won’t start. Data preservation or recovery cannot be guaranteed for every fault.
